Frauenthal Center – A Historic Performing Arts Venue in Downtown Muskegon
Located at 425 West Western Avenue in Muskegon, Michigan, the Frauenthal Center serves as a destination for concerts, theatrical productions, dance performances, comedy, and community events. Originally opened in 1930 as the Michigan Theater, the venue has been restored and continues to host a wide variety of live entertainment throughout the year. The theater features seating for more than 1,700 guests.
Operated by the Frauenthal Center for the Performing Arts, the venue preserves much of its historic architectural character while supporting modern productions and touring performances. Situated in downtown Muskegon, the Frauenthal Center remains an important cultural landmark and gathering place for audiences across western Michigan.
