Alberta Bair Theater – Montana’s Largest Fully Equipped Performing Arts Venue
Located at 2801 3rd Avenue North in Billings, Montana, the Alberta Bair Theater opened in 1931 as the Fox Theatre and was later renamed to honor local philanthropist Alberta Bair. Following a major renovation completed in 2020, the theater now features state-of-the-art acoustics, seating, and stage systems while preserving its historic character. With nearly 1,400 seats, it hosts Broadway tours, symphonies, dance, concerts, and community events. Its downtown location places it near restaurants, hotels, and shopping, making it a cultural anchor for southeastern Montana.
