Louisville Palace Theatre – Spanish-Baroque Splendor on Fourth Street
Located at 625 South Fourth Street in Louisville, Kentucky, the Louisville Palace Theatre opened in 1928 as the Loew’s and United Artists State Theatre. Designed by John Eberson, it features a richly ornamented interior that includes a vaulted ceiling with a night-sky effect, ornate plasterwork, balconies, and a striking marquee façade.
