Givens Performing Arts Center – UNC Pembroke’s Premier Performing Arts Venue
Located at 359 Prospect Road on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, the Givens Performing Arts Center serves as a major destination for arts, culture, and entertainment in southeastern North Carolina. The venue features an amphitheater-style auditorium with seating for 1,600 guests and hosts a wide variety of performances, including Broadway productions, symphonies, concerts, dance, and cultural showcases.
GPAC presents nationally touring productions alongside university and community events, bringing diverse artistic experiences to the region. The center describes itself as “UNC Pembroke’s cultural catalyst for the region,” welcoming audiences from across North Carolina and beyond for live entertainment throughout the year.
