Adler Theatre – A Historic Performing Arts Venue in Downtown Davenport
Located at 136 East 3rd Street in Davenport, Iowa, the Adler Theatre originally opened in 1931 as the RKO Orpheum Theatre and remains a major destination for live entertainment in the Quad Cities region. The historic venue hosts concerts, Broadway productions, dance performances, comedy, and community events throughout the year. The theater features seating for more than 2,400 guests.
Restored and renovated while preserving its historic architectural character, the Adler Theatre combines classic design with modern production capabilities. Situated in downtown Davenport along the Mississippi River, the venue continues to welcome touring productions, local performances, and audiences from across eastern Iowa and western Illinois.
