Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts – A Historic Theater in Downtown Detroit
Located at 350 Madison Street in Detroit, Michigan, the Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts originally opened in 1928 and remains one of the city’s historic venues for live entertainment and cultural programming. Situated in Detroit’s theater district, the venue hosts concerts, dance performances, theatrical productions, comedy, and community events throughout the year. The theater features seating for approximately 1,700 guests.
The venue preserves much of its historic architectural character while continuing to present a wide variety of touring and local performances. Operated as a nonprofit performing arts institution, Music Hall continues to serve as an important cultural destination in downtown Detroit and a gathering place for audiences from across the region.
