Orpheum Theatre – An Opulent Landmark in Downtown Sioux City

Located at 528 Pierce Street in Sioux City, Iowa, the Orpheum Theatre first opened in 1927 as a lavish vaudeville and movie palace. Designed by the Chicago firm Rapp & Rapp, it features ornate plasterwork, crystal chandeliers, and a dramatic proscenium arch, all meticulously restored during a renovation completed in 2001.
